WRA0512P-3W Datasheet
WRA0512P-3W on stock Description/Features The 35SCGQ045 center tap Schottky rectifier has been expressly designed to meet the rigorous requirements of hi- rel environments. It is packaged in the hermetic isolated T0-254AA package. The device's forward voltage drop and reverse leakage current are optimized for the lowest power loss and the highest circuit efficiency for typical high frequency switching power supplies and resonent power converters. Full MIL-PRF-19500 quality conformance testing is available on source control drawings to TX, TXV and S quality levels. Because the primary noise source is the internal voltage reference, the output noise will be greater for higher output voltage versions. For the case where no noise reduction capacitor is used, the typical noise (pVrms) over 10 Hz t0 100 kHz is 30 times the output voltage. If a 0.01 pF capacitor is used from the NR pin to ground, the noise (pVrms) drops t0 11.8 times the output voltage. For example, the TPS71334 with the adjustable output set t0 2.8 V exhibits only 33 pVrms of output voltage noise using a 0.01 pF ceramic bypass capacitor and a 2.2 pF ceramic output capacitor. |
