STV0680B003 Datasheet
WHERE TO USE HIGH RESOLUTION DACS The DAC1136/113 8 deliver exceptional accuracy for a broad range of aisplay, test and instrumenration applications. The DAC1136, with a resolution of 16 bits or l part in 65,5 36, and the DAC1138 with a resolution of 18 bits or l part in 262,144 are ideally suited for applications requiring wide dynamic range measurement and control. Applications include data acquisition systems, high resolution CRT displays, auto- matic semiconductor testing, photo-typesetting, frequency synthesis and nuclear reactor control.

Description/Features The 122NQ030 (R) high cu rrent Schottky rectifier module has been optimized forverylow forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The proprieta ry barrier technology allows for reliable operation up t0 1500 Cjunction temperature. Typical applica- tions are in switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.

Fault Detection Respective fault codes are transmitted per the "Fault Detection" table. A 500mS delay is enforced prior to the transmission of any fault code. Mechanical faults are based on the frequency detection of the stator phase signal. Electrical faults are based on the voltage detection of the stator phase and system voltage sense inputs. A temperature fault is based on the regulator lC junction temperature. Communication errors are detected after a delay of 2s. Examples of sync communication errors are sync bit, checksum, and bit detect errors. A sync bit error is detected when the sync field does not = 'Ox55'. A checksum error is generated when the sum of the modulo-256 sum over all data bytes and the checksum byte do not equal 'OxFF'. A bit error is detected when a transmitted bit does not correspond to the appropriate bus state due to another device forcing the bus to a
