I/O Expansion Modules An I2C bus allows the 552x to control any I2C compatible slave device. A range of modules can be connected via the I2C gUS with up t0 104 0pto-isolated digital input/outputs, up t0 104 relay outputs, up t0 32 analogue inputs (8-bit 0-10 volts), and up t0 8 analogue outputs (8-bit 0-10 voltS).

SENSE (Pin 5): Circuit Breaker Sense Pin. With a sense resistor placed in the supply path between VEE and SENSE, the overcurrent condition will pull down the GATE pin and regulate the voltage across the resistor to be 50mV. If the overcurrent condition exists for more than 500as the electronic circuit breaker will trip and turn off the external MOSFET.
