STP30N06-STM Datasheet
STP30N06-STM Price The board is powered from a single 9V battery. The power supply ciruitry allows the user to choose either 3V or SV for the ADF4118 VDD and VP, and for the VCO supply. The default settings are 3V for the ADF4118 VDD and SV for the ADF4118 Vp and for the VCO supply. It is very im portant to note th at the AD F4118 VDD should never exceed the AD F4118 Vp. This can dam age the de- vice. All components necessary for LO generation are catered for on-board. The 10MHz TCXO from Vectron provides the necessary Reference Input. The PLL is made up of the ADF4118, passive loop filter (20kHz) and the VCO 190-1960T from Vari-L. The output is available at RFOUT through a standard SMA connector. If the user wishes they may use their own power supplies and refer- ence input. In this case, they need to insert SMA connec- tors to as shown on the silkscreen and block diagram. The AD7706 A/D converter is used to monitor the power supply voltage and current consumption of the ADF4118. This helps the user pick the optimum synthesizer settings for power consumption and also provides an alert if the battery STP30N06-STM on stock Three package styles provide a magnetically optimized package for most applications. Suffix 'xLH' is a miniature low-profile surface- ruount package, 'xLT' is a miniature SOT-89/T0-243AA transistor package for surface-mount applications; while suffix 'xUA' is a three- lead ultra-mini-SIP for through-hole mounting.
