INTVcc (Pin 21): Output of the Internal 5V Linear Low Dropout Regulator and the EXTVcc Switch. The driverand control circuits are powered from this voltage source. Decouple to power ground with a laF ceramic capacitor placed directly adjacent to the lC and minimum of 4.7aF additional tantalum or other low ESR capacitor.
Note 4: Although the VBAK(ON), VBAK(OFF), VUVLO(ON) arid VUVLO(OFF) threshold voltages have a specification tolerance, they are guaranteed by design and tested in production never to overlap.
