SKA3361D Price Data outputs from the card are disabled when OE is at a logic- high level. Under this condition, outputs are in the high-imped- ance state. The A20, A21 and A22 select the paired memory chip _segments, while AO decides the upper or lower bank. The CEi/CE2 pins determine either byte or word mode operation. The Output Enable (OE) is forced low to activate all outputs of the memory chip segments. The on-card l/0 transceiver is set in the output mode. The AT5FC008 sends data to the host. Refer to A.C. Unlock Bypass Reset Command. The Unlock Bypass Reset command can be used to return to Read/Reset mode from Unlock Bypass Mode. Two Bus Write operations are required to issue the Unlock Bypass Reset command. Chip Erase Command. The Chip Erase com- mand can be used to erase the memory. Six Bus Write operations are required to issue the Chip Erase Command and start the Program/Erase Controller. |
