Above the ripple frequency, ceramic decoupling capacitors are recommended to improve the transient response and reduce any high frequency noise components apparent during higher current excursions. A maximum of 100 pF ceramic capacitance may be added to the output bus.
Hold Operation The HOLD input should be HIGH (at VIH) under normal operation. If a data transfer is to be interrupted HOLD can be pulled LOW to suspend the transferuntilit can be resumed. The only restriction is the SCK input must be LOWwhen HOLD is first pulled LOWand SCK must also be LOW when HOLD is released.
