N6S25T2N-102 Datasheet REGISTER DESCRIPTIONS The VP7610 iCamHost rM processorstation address is strap-configurable to any even location between Ox60 and Ox6E inclusive. Since mostiCam cameras currently built use the Station Address Ox68, it is recommended that the iCamHostTM be strapped to a different address. The register addresses shown below are the sub-addresses written to the iCamHostTM immediately after the Station Address. The 7 LSBs of the sub-address must match the specified address. The MSB of the sub-address controls the auto-increment feature of the iCamHostTM. If the MSB of the sub-address is a '1', (sub-addresses Ox80 through OxFF), the sub-address registerin the iCamHostTM is incremented to the next address immediately afterthe data registeris read orwritten. If the MSB of the sub-address is a '0', (sub-addresses Ox00 th rough Ox7F), the sub-address register in the iCamHostTM remains constant regardless of any reads or writes to the data register. N6S25T2N-102 Price The device contains a Status Register which may be read to find out whether program or erase operation is completed, and whether the program or erase operation is completed successfully. After writing 70h command to the command register, a read cycle outputs the content of the Status Register to the l/0 pins on the falling edge of CE or RE, whichever occurs last. This two line control allows the system to poll the progress of each device in multiple memory connections even when R/B pins are common-wired. RE or CE does not need to be toggled for updated status. Refer to table 2 for specific Status Register definitions. The command register remains in Status Read mode until further commands are issued to it.
