The BGY122A and BGY122B are three-stage UHF amplifier modules in a SOT388B package. Each module consists of three NPN silicon planar transistor dies mounted together with matching and bias circuit components on a metallized ceramic substrate. The modules produce an output power of l.2 Winto a load of 50 I with an RF drive power of 2 mW.

COMO - COM3	O	LCD common signal output pins. The LCD alternating frequency can be selected by code option.
DHl, DH2	l	Connection terminals for voltage doubler (halver) capacitor.
VDD1 VDD2	l	Positive (+) supply voltage terminal. Refer to Functional Description.
