In the event ofUVLO fault, the SP765 0 remains in this idle state until the UVLO fault is removed. Upon the detection of a thermal or short-circuit fault, an internal 200ms timeris activated. In the event of a short-circuit fault, a re-start is at- tempted immediately after the 200ms timeout expires. Whereas, when a thermal fault is de- tected the 200ms delay continuously recycles and a re-start cannot be attempted until the thermal fault is removed and the timer expires. | Parameter | Symbol | Conditions | min | typ | max | Unit | | | ICBO | VCB = -20V,IE = 0 | | | 100 | nA | | Collector cutoff current | ICEO | VCE = -20V,IB = 0 | | | 1 | | | Collector to base | 2SB0643 | | | -30 | | | V | | voltage | 2SB0644 | VCBO | Ic = -10UA,IE = 0 | 60 | | | | Collector to emitter | 2SB0643 | | | 25 | | | V | | voltage | 2SB0644 | VCEO | Ic = -2rriA.
