MXT4400-C Datasheet The LT~5514 is a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with bandwidth extending from low frequency (LF) t0 850MHz. [t consists of a digitally controlled variable attenuator, followed by a high linearity amplifier. The amplifier is configured with two identical transconductance amplifi- ers, hard wired in parallel with individual dedicated enable pins. When both amplifiers are enabled (Standard mode), the LT5514 0ffers an OIP3 0f +47dBm (at 100MHz). Power dissipation can be reduced when a single amplifier is enabled (Low Power mode). Four parallel digital inputs control the gain over a 22.5dB range with l.5dB step resolution. An on-chip power supply reg ulato r/filter helps isolate the amplifiersignalpath from external noise sources. MXT4400-C Price amplitude must be l.4 times higher than for static fields. This is due to the -3dB corner frequency of the low pass filter in the signal path. 2) Systematic delay between magnetic threshold reached and output switching. 3) Jitter is the unpredictable deviation of the output switching delay. 4) BREP is equivalent to the noise constant. s) Time from applying Vs >= 3.0 V to the sensor until the output state is valid. 6) Thermal resistance from junction to ambient. e.g.: Vs=12.0 V, Rs=100 0hms, lsriigh_typ=14 mA => Power Dissipation Pdis=148.4 mW. In TA = Tj - (RtrijA * Pdis) = 175 0C - (100 K/W * 0.1484 W) => T,xj60.1 0C MXT4400-C on stock
