In the DDR mode, the transmitter accepts 5-bit wide 8b/1 0b encoded data on pins TDO-TD4. In this mode data is aligned to both the rising and falling edges of REFCLK. The data is then formed into a 10-bit wide word and sent to the serializer. The rising edge REFCLK clocks in bit 0-4, and the falling edge of REFCLK clocks in bits 5-9. ( Bit o is the first bit transmitted).

The Powermite's patented heat sink design offers the same thermal performance rating as an SMA while being 50% smaller in footprint area and less than l mm in overall height. The result is a unique, highly efficient Schottky rectifier in a space saving surface mount package.
DESCRIPTION The 10180 is a high-speed, low power, general purpose adder/subtractor. Inputs for each adder are: Carry-in (COIN, C11N), Operand A (Aa, Ai), Operand B (Bo, Bi). Outputs are Sum (Fa, Fi), (Fo, Fi) and Carry-out (COOUT, C10UT). Common select inputs act as controlled lines to invert A or B for subtraction. A very high-speed operation is possible with Operand in the Sum or Carryout propagation delay of 4.5ns, and Carry-in to Carry-out propagation delay of 2.2ns. The 10180 is designed to be used in special purpose adder/subtractor or in high-speed multiplier arrays.
