MBM27C1000A-15Z-G Datasheet The R02113 is a true one-port, surface-acoustic-wave (SAW) resonator in a low-profile T039 case. It pro- vides reliable, fundamental-mode, quartz frequency stabilization of fixed-frequency oscillators operating at approximately 314.5 MHz. The R02113 is designed for lC based 315 MHz superhet receivers using a 500 kHz IF (Philips UAA3201T). Applications include wireless remote-control and security devices operating in the USA under FCC Part 15 and in Canada under DoC RSS-210. In Local Bus mode, the serial EEPROM acts as storage of configuration and IEEE Ethernet address information compatible with the existing LAN91C90, LAN91C92, and LAN91C94 Local Bus Ethernet controllers. External Flash ROM is required for CIS storage.
