It is ideal for low power, battery operated and low noise 3.3V applications. ADM241LARSREEL on stock The LX8385/85A/85B serie.s device.s are pin-compatible with earlier 3-terminal regulator.s, such as 117 .series product.s. While a lOpF output capacitor i.s required on both input and output of the.se new devices, this i.s generally included in mo.st regulator de.sign.s. The quie.scent current of the LX8385/ 85A/85B .serie.s procluct.s flow.s into the load, increasing efficiency. This feature contra.st.s with PNP regulator de.sign.s, where up t0 10% of the output current i.s wasted as quiescent current. The LX8385-xxI is rated for -250C to +1250C applications, and the LX8385-xxC /8385B-xxC i.s rated for OoC to +1250C applications.
Memory Operation The FM24CL04 is designed to operate in a manner very similar to other 2-wire interface memory products. The major differences result from the higher performance write capability of FRAM technology.
