AD7845KR JR Datasheet
AD7845KR JR Price 9. This equivalent RLC model approximates resonator performance near the reso- nant frequency and is provided for reference only. The capacitance Co is the static (nonmotional) capacitance between pinl and pin 2 measured at low fre- quency (10 MHz) with a capacitance meter. The measurement includes case parasitic capacitance with a floating case. For usual grounded case applica- tions (with ground connected to either pin l or pin 2 and to the case), add approximately 0.25 pF to Co. AD7845KR JR on stock The following schematic shows the function of the VPOL input. Only one of the two external FETs numberd Q1 and Q2 are powered at any one time, their selection is controlled by the input VPOL.This input is designed to be wired to the power input of the LNB via a high value(10k) resistor. With the input voltage of the LNB set at or below 14V,.FET Q2 will be enabled. With the input voltage at or above 15.5V,FET Ql will be enabled. The disabled FET has its gate driven low and its drain terminal is switched open circuit. It is permissible to commect the drain pins Dl and D2 together if required by the application circuit;this is done internally in the SSOP-16(150mil) version.FET number Q3 is always active regardless of the voltage applied to VPOL 1 In the on-state, the switch detects whether the load current is less than the quoted open load threshold current. This is for status indication only. Typical hysteresis equals 140 mA. The thresholds are specified for supply voltage within the normal working range. 2 After cooling below the reset temperature the switch will resume normal operation. The reset temperature is lower than the trip temperature by typically 1 0 'c. 3 If the overtemperature protection has operated, status remains low to indicate the overtemperature condition even if the input is taken low, providing the device has not cooled below the reset temperature. 4 After short circuit protection has operated, the input voltage must be toggled low for the switch to resume normal operation. 5 Undervoltage sensor causes the device to switch off. Typical hysteresis equals 0.7 V. 6 0vervoltage sensor causes the device to switch off to protect the load. Typical hysteresis equals l.3 V. 7 In a fault condition with the pull-up resistor short circuited while the status transistor is conducting. 8 The pull-up resistor also protects the status pin during reverse battery conditions.
